Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors’ Greentech Renewables division is launching a Management Trainee program. This 24‑month, paid leadership development track is designed to prepare future leaders for multi‑million‑dollar branch operations.

Trainees rotate through warehouse, sales, operations, and development areas with real-world exposure and mentorship. Entry-level applicants with a BA/BS or related experience are encouraged to apply; relocation and travel are expected as part of growing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree; will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities within our national organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn core aspects of business operations and company philosophy.
• Participate in structured 24-month rotational training.
• Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations.
• Develop skills in inventory management, procurement, project management, sales, operations and leadership to lead branch operations.
• Support commercial solar projects from planning through delivery and execution.
• Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive outcomes.
• Occasional travel to other branch locations and training events.
• Relocation during or after program to gain broader exposure.
