Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors seeks driven individuals for a 24-month Management Trainee program in Greentech Renewables. The paid rotational program covers warehouse operations, sales/project management, and business development, preparing you to manage a multi-million-dollar branch.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future).
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities within our growing national organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn core aspects of business operations and company philosophy.
• Participate in structured 24-month rotational training.
• Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations.
• Develop skills in inventory management, procurement, project management, sales, operations and leadership to lead branch operations after completion.
• Support commercial solar projects from planning to delivery and execution.
• Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive outcomes.
• Occasional travel to other branch locations and training events.
• Relocation during and after the program for exposure to different markets.
