Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors’ Greentech Renewables division is seeking driven Management Trainees for a comprehensive 18–24 month program with rotations through warehouse, accounting, sales and management. The aim is to prepare you to supervise a multi-million-dollar location upon completion.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership and teamwork across a fast-paced solar distribution business.

Qualifications

• Relocation required during and upon completion of the program (up to 1+ relocations).
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED / Greentech Renewables business.
• Participate in on-the-job rotational training across departments including warehouse, accounting, sales and management.
• Attend virtual and in-person trainings, some requiring travel.
• Communicate effectively in English across teams and functions.
