Job summary

Moss is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Solar Electrical in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will collaborate with Electrical Self-Perform and Procurement to manage safety, quality, and budget while overseeing warehousing, inventory, and supplier coordination.

This role requires hands-on scheduling, cost control, and strong communication across teams. You will participate in RFI processes, budgeting using CMiC, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and Moss field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 2 years of construction operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, and finance in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, design, quality, schedule, and budget with Electrical Self-Perform and Procurement.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory, and journal entries with Accounting.
• Ensure correct materials arrive on site on time and update delivery logs.
• Lead communications for all Electrical functions on the project.
• Assist management with owner contracts, change orders, and deliverables.
