Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Assistant Project Manager to support the Solar Project Manager in administrative and technical project management of Moss solar projects across multiple states, including Florida. You will assist with contract administration, procurement, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in the Solar Construction industry with a general contractor.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems and construction PM tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with owners, A/E teams, and authorities.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states for project support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Solar Project Manager in administrative and technical project management tasks.
• Assist with contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, values, and reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and owners to ensure project needs are met.
• Participate in project closeout and documentation control.
