Moss in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Senior Energy Electrical Project Engineer to deliver large-scale utility solar and storage projects. You will collaborate with PMs, field teams, procurement, and vendors to manage drawings, documentation, and schedules, while driving cost control and quality.

Mentoring junior staff and improving processes are key parts of the role. The ideal candidate will have a BS in a relevant field and 4–7 years of experience in solar EPC or utility-scale electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction project engineering, solar EPC, or utility-scale projects.
• Experience with utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, or large electrical infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction-management software tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical takeoffs and material quantity reviews for procurement and cost control.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and maintain logs for current information.
• Manage submittal process from preparation to closeout.
• Track equipment delivery, storage, and field readiness.
• Support project schedule management and procurement milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote safety and quality standards.
