Clēnera in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Development Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, including permitting and environmental filings, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires leading development teams, conducting technical, economic, and risk analyses, and ensuring timely delivery of solar development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, business, finance, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop utility-scale solar assets; coordinate internal/external teams in real estate, environmental and permitting.
• Provide technical, economic and risk analysis of solar development assets and potential project acquisitions.
• Interact with local zoning and permitting boards, taxing jurisdictions, and state/federal permitting agencies.
• Manage relationships with landowners, permitting agencies, and regulatory authorities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide project development feedback to the Business Development team for responding to RFPs.
• Extract and manage mitigation measures from permitting and environmental documents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
• Maintain timely project timelines and deliverables.
