The role requires 3+ years in renewables or related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and contract interpretation. Boise, ID-based, on-site with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (engineering, mathematics, business, finance, economics, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewables, environmental, permitting, real estate development, or related industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn company-specific software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of utility-scale solar assets, coordinating internal and external teams during development (real estate, environmental, permitting).
• Provide technical, economic, and risk analysis of development assets and potential acquisitions.
• Engage with local zoning/permitting boards, taxing jurisdictions, and state/federal agencies.
