Clēnera, a leading solar and storage developer, is seeking a Development Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, including permitting and environmental filings, timelines, and stakeholder management.

You will supervise internal and external teams across real estate, environmental, and permitting domains, providing risk and economic analysis for potential acquisitions and project development feedback to the Business Development team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewables, environmental permitting, real estate development, or related area.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn internal tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development of utility-scale solar assets from planning through permitting.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across real estate, environmental, and permitting functions.
• Provide technical, economic, and risk analysis for development assets and potential acquisitions.
• Interact with zoning boards, taxing jurisdictions, and permitting agencies at multiple levels.
• Manage relationships with landowners and regulators throughout the development lifecycle.
