Zusammenfassung

Clēnera, a leading U.S. developer and operator of solar and storage facilities, seeks a Project Manager to lead 2–4 complex construction projects.

You will drive execution, manage schedule and budget risks, and ensure successful commissioning and turnover with cross-functional teams across departments. You will validate scope, lead permitting and interconnection readiness, and oversee procurement, safety, and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years construction project management experience; 2+ years on utility-scale renewables.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office; ability to learn company systems.

Aufgaben

• Own execution readiness by validating scope, drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project controls in Procore.
• Drive permitting, interconnection readiness and regulatory conditions with alignment to schedule.
• Lead integrated schedule development with EPC partners and recover from delays.
• Oversee procurement plans and logistics for major materials and equipment.
• Establish safety expectations, training plans, and compliance with HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate project kickoff with internal teams, EPC partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage CAPEX/EPC budget tracking, spend curve, and EPC invoices review.
• Execute change management; document and incorporate changes into baselines and payments.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections with AHJs and IE; ensure contract deliverables.
• Lead commissioning, turnover, and lessons learned; organize training for operations.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain project timelines and excellence.
