Job summary

Clēnera, LLC is seeking a Development Manager in Boise, Idaho to oversee day-to-day project execution, manage permitting and environmental filings, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams across real estate, environmental, and permitting, analyze technical and financial aspects of solar assets, and help drive RFP responses while maintaining schedule and budgets. Travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in renewables, environmental, permitting, real estate development, or related industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of utility-scale solar assets, coordinating internal and external teams across real estate, environmental and permitting.
• Provide technical, economic and risk analysis of solar development assets and potential acquisitions.
• Interact with zoning, permitting boards, tax jurisdictions, and permitting agencies throughout development.
• Manage stakeholders across the development lifecycle and support responses to RFPs.
