Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years in customer service or client support.
- 1–3 years in a customer service leadership or managerial role.
Responsibilities

- Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to review performance and development.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage escalations across platforms and assist with coaching and QA.
