Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in Customer Service or Customer Experience.
• Energy or solar experience is not required but preferred.
• Experience managing accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Energy Specialist: be the trusted point of contact and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Navigate escalated issues efficiently to ensure swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Manage accounts using negotiation and de-escalation skills to maintain trust.
• Think creatively to resolve complex questions and ensure timely responses.
• Regularly review accounts to suggest products and services aligned with evolving needs.
