Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Construction Manager to lead field execution on utility-scale solar and storage projects in Texas. You will manage Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget, and align subs while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and ensure on-time delivery with transparent communication and ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience on large industrial/renewable projects with field execution responsibility.
• Experience leading superintendents and managing subcontractors across multiple scopes.
• Experience managing change orders, risk assessments, and invoice reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex projects.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and retain high-performing Superintendent teams and drive accountability.
• Manage risk, lookahead planning, and environmental/compliance requirements throughout the project.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and cost control, including COR reviews and invoicing.
