Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and storage projects. You will build and lead Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and maintain strong subcontractor alignment and regulatory compliance.

Relocation assistance is provided for opportunities across Rosebud and El Paso, Texas.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects with field execution responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contract requirements with short-interval and look-ahead planning.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on solar and energy storage projects.
• Coordinate with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field execution and meet safety, schedule, and cost targets.
• Develop and retain high-performing Superintendent teams through clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance including safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain Risk & Opportunity log with management teams.
• Drive subcontractor performance and manage Change Orders and invoices against contract terms and budget.
• Ensure environmental compliance including SWPPP, permits, erosion control, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable execution.
