DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution across utility-scale solar projects. You will build and guide Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, drive safe, high-quality deliverables, and align subcontractors to schedule and budget expectations on complex sites.

You will partner with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience on largescale projects (industrial/renewable) with field execution responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple scopes and managing safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams and remote functional partners to align field execution and deliver against safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams and drive accountability for results.
• Own project performance through disciplined planning, lookahead execution, and proactive risk management.
• Lead environmental compliance, SWPPP permits, erosion control, and regulatory requirements with Environmental and Safety teams.
• Drive subcontractor performance, ensure scope clarity, safety, and environmental standards, and manage contract costs and change orders.
• Anticipate and resolve constructability, logistics, and coordination challenges to protect schedule and budget.
• Maintain owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
