Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to proactively identify current and future workforce needs across solar utility-scale projects. This role builds talent pipelines for craft and hourly labor while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting project staffing objectives.

The position requires strong sourcing, relationship-building, and field recruiting skills, with 50–70% travel and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, managers, partners, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly roles.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce plans and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and direct methods.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with workforce centers and community partners to enhance recruitment.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring process for a positive experience.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and career fairs.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence and pipelines.
• Track recruiting activity and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
