Job summary

Corning is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to coordinate customer sales orders and drive cross-functional initiatives from initiation through execution. You will track milestones, manage action items, and ensure timely delivery across Planning, Finance, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Commercial Operations.

The role requires strong project coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving operational activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, STEM or related field.
• 4+ years in operations coordination, order management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of order-related workflows and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Planning, Finance, Production, Quality, and Logistics to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Own day-to-day tracking of customer sales orders and maintain clear status updates.
