Corning Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Commercial Process Excellence Manager to lead cross-functional process improvements across Commercial and Customer Operations.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to standardize ways of working, deliver measurable value, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 10+ years in process management or transformation, and experience with SAP O2C, ERP/CRM platforms, and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional business and IT initiatives from assessment through implementation and adoption.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute the commercial process excellence strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
• Assess current processes, design future-state solutions, and prioritize high-value improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, productivity, profitability, compliance, and operational performance.
• Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, guide implementation, support adoption, and deliver sustainable results.
• Establish performance measures and value-tracking methods to demonstrate and sustain business impact.
• Coach and develop the Commercial Process Specialists team while strengthening continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.
