Corning Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Director for its Solar division to lead and optimize all core supply chain functions across the organization.

You will drive integrated planning, procurement, logistics, and customer experience to deliver reliability and cost competitiveness in a global, multi-site environment. This strategic role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to lead through complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management across planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Deep experience in SIOP, inventory optimization and end-to-end planning.
• Proven track record of cross-functional alignment and operational transformation.
• Experience in complex, multi-site or vertically integrated manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with divisional goals.
• Drive adoption of best practices, standardized processes, tools and KPIs across the network.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, commercial, finance, and IT.
• Orchestrate global integrated planning across sites, regions and time horizons (0–24 months).
• Improve demand forecasting and customer supply chain synchronization.
