Job summary

Corning is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Planning, Solar, to lead cross-functional planning across the Solar MAP, aligning demand, supply, capacity and financial priorities for a 0–24 month horizon.

You will partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to deliver executable plans, drive SIOP processes, and advance planning maturity with enabling technologies. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, operations, or related field.
12+ years of supply chain experience including leadership in integrated planning, supply planning, SIOP, or end-to-end roles.
Deep expertise in integrated planning across demand, supply, capacity, inventory and business planning integration.
Experience leading in complex, multi-site, matrixed manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated planning across the Solar MAP for polysilicon, wafer and module businesses over 0–24 months.
Align demand, supply, capacity, inventory and financial priorities into executable plans.
Lead MAP-level planning and supply review processes within the SIOP framework.
Drive planning discipline, standardization and continuous improvement across Solar MAP.
