Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree or Journeyman qualifications preferred.
• 3 years PV O&M experience or 5+ years in a power plant environment is expected.
• Experience with PV or BESS installation and electrical/mechanical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Solar and Energy Storage projects (O&M).
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, calibration, and basic inverter repair.
• Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO and permit processes.
• Travel to facilities daily up to 3 hours away; possible overnight travel.
