Job summary

AES Indiana Renewable Operations is seeking a Renewable Team Lead with Solar (PV), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and/or Balance of Plant (BOP) maintenance experience. The role focuses on guiding technicians and ensuring reliability across the project portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take direction from Field Service Leadership and work on the Pike County BESS project in Petersburg, IN, with daily site commuting required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Solar (PV), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and/or Balance of Plant (BOP) preventative & corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AES Technicians and/or third-party technicians in daily field operations.
• Ensure AES Indiana operates the portfolio to standards that exceed industry best-practice.
