Job summary

Gridworks is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects in the United States. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to hit safety, quality, and production milestones.

The role requires 5+ years of construction PM experience and a deep understanding of solar PV and BESS systems, with strong leadership and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of utility Solar PV and BESS construction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management from planning to closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, logistics plans, and protocols.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and finance.
• Track costs, forecast, invoice, and manage changes.
• Build and maintain client, subcontractor, and internal relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and manage risks.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff.
