• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in field construction for utility-scale solar and BESS.
• Experience with schedules, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to travel as required throughout the project duration.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities on utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Oversee projects from site mobilization through commissioning, energization, and final turnover.
• Drive schedule adherence, budget performance, quality, and field productivity.
• Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and engineering consultants; maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
