Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct EPC delivery of utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and hybrid renewables. You will own turnkey delivery from engineering handoff through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control.

The role requires leadership of on-site teams, strong project controls, and collaboration with owners, IE, and subcontractors. Travel up to 25–30% and US work authorization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct EPC construction management in the energy sector.
• Experience delivering solar and/or energy storage projects.
• Proficient in project controls, earned value management, and scheduling software.
• Strong safety focus with OSHA fundamentals (OSHA 30 required).
• Willingness to travel 25–30% to project sites and valid US work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP/PE preferred.
• HV/EHV substation/interconnection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End to End Project Execution & Turnkey Ownership: Lead, plan, and execute all phases of utility-scale solar and BESS construction.
• Client & Subcontractor Management: Primary contact for owner/developer and IE; oversee procurement and subcontracts.
• Financial Oversight & Cost Control: Manage cost models, earned value, forecasts, cash flow, and milestones.
• Site & Construction Leadership: Direct on-site Construction Managers and enforce safety, schedule, and JHAs.
• Grid Interconnection Engagement: Coordinate with utilities, ISOs, AHJs, and community representatives for permitting and interconnection.
