Job summary

Clean Power Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee utility-scale Solar PV and BESS construction on-site. This full-time role manages safety, schedules, budgets, quality, and client relationships from notice to proceed through commissioning and turnover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solar/BESS/EPC construction, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with PM software. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar, BESS, or electrical construction.
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of EPC construction, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Ability to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.

• Oversee commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activities.

This is a full-time, site-based role responsible for managing project safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships from notice to proceed through commissioning and turnover.
