Job summary

Alchemy is seeking an Account Executive to be the tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem—building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You’ll thrive in fast-moving, technical markets and shape our GTM engine from the ground up.

You’ll travel to Solana events, hackathons, and conferences, leverage your existing network to open doors, and work with product, engineering, and marketing to accelerate growth and trust in Powered by Alchemy.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams in dev tooling or infra.
Strong network in Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.
Close partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players.
Collaborate with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories.
Represent Alchemy at Solana events, hackathons, and conferences globally.
