ElevenLabs in New York's SoHo is seeking a Workplace Experience lead to anchor our rapidly growing US team. You’ll own day-to-day office operations, maintain white-glove standards, and drive programs that elevate employee experience while scaling infrastructure as we grow.

Based in NYC and able to work on-site five days a week, you’ll collaborate with People Ops, vendor partners, and leadership to deliver a premium, cost-efficient workplace that supports a world-class AI company.

• Strong operational expertise in high-visibility office management.
• Experience coordinating with building management and vendors.
• Ability to communicate with executives, legal partners, vendors, and guests.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach to anticipating needs and improving workflows.
• Experience planning and executing office-wide events with cost effectiveness.
