Job summary

ElevenLabs, based in New York’s SoHo, seeks a Workplace Experience lead to own day-to-day office operations for our growing US team in a fully in-office role. You will uphold white-glove standards, drive cost-efficient initiatives, and scale the workplace experience with high impact.

You’ll partner with People Ops, manage onboarding, vendor relations, events, and internal communications, becoming the central hub for the New York AI community.

Qualifications

• Based in New York, able to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high visibility office.
• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance and supplies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests.
• A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Be the Hub & Culture Driver: Serve as the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, leading onboarding, and boosting team culture through curated food/beverage programs, social rituals, and office perks.
• Run Daily Operations & Vendors: Manage all day-to-day workplace logistics—including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping—while owning vendor relationships from contract negotiations to performance management.
• Optimize Space & Landlord Relations: Partner with building management to maintain facilities, establish white-glove service standards, and manage ongoing space planning, floor plans, and seating charts to support a growing team.
• Support Events & VIP Visitors: Coordinate logistics for internal and external events—such as AI hackathons, team offsites, and all-hands meetings—while ensuring a high-touch, premium experience for visiting executives and clients.
• Own Onboarding & Internal Comms: Partner with People Ops to continuously improve the local onboarding experience (tours, swag), manage all office-related communications, and maintain clear SOPs and workplace documentation to ensure a seamless experience as the team grows.
