ElevenLabs in New York’s SoHo is seeking a Workplace Operations Lead to own daily office operations and culture for our fast-growing US team. You’ll coordinate facilities, vendors, events, and onboarding to ensure a premium office experience.

This fully in-person role anchors ElevenLabs’ New York hub and supports collaboration across engineering, research, and business functions. Based in New York, you’ll drive white-glove service standards, optimize costs, and scale infrastructure as the

• Experience running high-visibility offices in fast-paced environments.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Proactive in improving onboarding and workplace processes.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to plan events and manage office-wide programs.

• Be the Hub & Culture Driver: manage office experience, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
• Run Daily Operations & Vendors: oversee cleaning, security, maintenance, and vendor performance.
• Optimize Space & Landlord Relations: work with building management on spaces, seating, and services.
• Support Events & VIP Visitors: coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
• Own Onboarding & Internal Communications: enhance onboarding and office SOPs.
