Uniswap Labs in New York (SoHo) is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to own day-to-day operations at the SoHo headquarters. You’ll be the heart of the office, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for teammates, visitors and guests five days a week on-site.

The role emphasizes planning, communication and organization, handling many requests with composure while maintaining a high standard of service. On-site role with a strong focus on culture and operations.

Competenze

• 3+ years in office management, facilities, workplace operations or executive administration.
• A proactive, service-minded team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities while staying calm.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to build relationships with teammates, vendors and visitors.
• Comfort negotiating with vendors and keeping to a budget.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack; able to work on site five days a week.

• Own the office experience as the main point of contact for the office and guests.
• Welcome visitors, manage guest access, deliveries, mail and packages.
• Keep the office well maintained, stocked, safe and presentable.
• Run food and beverage program, daily lunches and weekly treats.
• Set up desks, badges and equipment for new hires and visiting teammates.
• Manage vendors, facilities and building relationships with landlord and management.
• Coordinate repairs, moves and changes to the space and keep paperwork current.
• Plan and run in-office events and support team offsites and onboarding.
