ElevenLabs is seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to anchor our New York SoHo office. You will own the day-to-day operations, manage vendor relationships, and drive a premium, high‑touch employee experience for a rapidly growing US team.

Based in New York, you’ll ensure white‑glove facilities, cost‑effective operations, and a vibrant culture. This fully in‑office role offers substantial impact in a fast‑paced AI company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Hub & Culture Driver: welcome guests, onboard colleagues, and foster team culture with events.
• Run Daily Operations & Vendors: manage cleaning, security, shipping and vendor performance.
• Optimize Space & Landlord Relations: coordinate with building management and space planning.
• Support Events & VIP Visitors: plan logistics for internal/external events and visits.
• Own Onboarding & Internal Communications: improve onboarding, manage office communications and SOPs.

This is an exciting opportunity to anchor ElevenLabs' New York office -our second-largest hub. As Workplace Experience lead for our SoHo space, you'll be the go‑to person for our rapidly growing US team and a central hub for the New York AI community.

You'll own the day‑to‑day workplace experience: keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining white‑glove standards, and driving initiatives that elevate employee experience, optimize costs, and scale our infrastructure as we grow. You'll ensure our office is a place where people love to work. This fully in‑office role is based in SoHo with on‑site presence.

In this role, you will:

• Be the Hub & Culture Driver: Serve as the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, leading onboarding, and boosting team culture through curated food/beverage programs, social rituals, and office perks.

• Run Daily Operations & Vendors: Manage all day‑to‑day workplace logistics—including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping—while owning vendor relationships from contract negotiations to performance management.

• Optimize Space & Landlord Relations: Partner with building management to maintain facilities, establish white‑glove service standards, and manage ongoing space planning, floor plans, and seating charts to support a growing team.

• Support Events & VIP Visitors: Coordinate logistics for internal and external events—such as AI hackathons, team offsites, and all‑hands meetings—while ensuring a high‑touch, premium experience for visiting executives and clients.

• Own Onboarding & Internal Comms: Partner with People Ops to continuously improve the local onboarding experience (tours, swag), manage all office‑related communications, and maintain clear SOPs and workplace documentation to ensure a seamless experience as the team grows.

Requirements

• Based in New York, able to be in the office 5 days a week.

• Strong operational expertise in managing the day‑to‑day running of a high visibility office. Thrives in high pressure environments requiring solid judgement and quick decision making.

• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance and supplies.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

• A proactive and forward‑thinking approach, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office‑wide events and negotiating with vendors to ensure high‑quality service and cost‑effectiveness.
