Job summary

Sorrel Sky, a nationally recognized gallery, is seeking a sales leader to take its SoHo location to new heights. You will build a standout book of business, cultivate lasting collector relationships, and mentor a high-performing team in a luxury gallery environment.

Reporting to the Gallery Owner and Founder, you will drive sales, collaborate on brand initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure a superior, client-centric shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales performance in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or the art world.
• Experience living and working in New York with real connections.
• Leads by example on the sales floor and follows up consistently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
• Integrity in all business matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales performance of the SoHo location.
• Collaborate with the Owner and Advisors to grow brand and sales.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Art Advisors; build a high-performing team.
• Client-centric with a luxury shopping experience.
• Foster a collaborative, high-expectation environment reflecting the Gallery’s values.
• Be a hands-on leader engaging with the team and clients.
• Follow and improve operational aspects of the business.
