• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others.
• Proficient with current technology (iPad, Mac, PC).
• Ability to lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and maneuvering on the gallery floor.
