RH Naples is seeking a Gallery Leader to guide and develop associates across all functions of the business. You will deliver first-class service, remove obstacles, and empower teams to act with refined taste and exceptional execution in a luxury environment.

The role requires a decade of leadership in high-end furnishings or luxury retail, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to coach for results while upholding RH's design ethos and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in luxury retail or design showrooms.
• Experience fostering a positive work environment and empowering associates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Learn and communicate the RH design ethos and product assortment.
• Address all human resources concerns quickly, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Eagerly embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude no matter what the obstacle.
• Monitor, communicate and analyze the business and determine strategies to achieve extraordinary results.
• Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, Gallery cash controls, inventory management and internal audits.
• Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes
