You will champion the brand design perspective, collaborate with internal teams to execute brand standards, and mentor gallery staff to maintain a polished, high-quality environment that enhances the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
• Ability to manage complex priorities and deliver results.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills.
• Ability to motivate teams through business analysis.
• Maintain a positive, healthy work environment with attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising plans with gallery leadership and centralized visual teams.
• Partner with internal teams to drive sales and ensure brand standards.
• Train gallery teams on merchandise presentation, signage, maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
• Communicate the brand's design point of view and product assortment.
• Engage, empower, and hold teams accountable for results.
