Job summary

RH in Winter Park, FL seeks an Associate Gallery Leader to oversee all facets of the business, delivering a luxury experience for Associates by removing obstacles and empowering teams to do what is right.

You will coach and develop teams, drive results through engagement and accountability, attract top talent, and embody the RH design aesthetic while partnering with the People Team on complex priorities.

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
Superior organizational and leadership skills.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others.
Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
Strategic and mental agility.
Results-driven; open to feedback to improve results.
Passion and ability to master RH design aesthetics.
Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
