RH is seeking an Associate Gallery Leader to oversee leadership across all facets of the business, delivering a luxury experience for Associates by removing obstacles and empowering teams to do the right thing. A passion for luxury design and cross-functional strategy is essential.

The role requires visible leadership, coaching, and strategic execution to maintain RH's elevated design standards and guest-centric service while driving performance and growth across the gallery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in luxury furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strategic and mental agility.
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Experience aligning design aesthetic with brand standards.
