Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a listed engineering or science field with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant technical experience with BS degree or 2+ with MS degree.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Proven experience performing software test on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Have a proven track record implementing an automated software testing solution.
• Automated testing experience on embedded systems is a plus.
• Candidate must demonstrate ability in software development in C#, .NET, C, C++, Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Great communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in test planning, test strategy and design, test execution, and adherence to software engineering processes.
• Review, edit and generate documents used for engineering and testing per industry standards.
• Mentor less experienced test engineers and learn from senior colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with software developers and other team members.
