Leidos is seeking a Software Test Engineer in Huntsville to support automated testing and robust test infrastructure. You will contribute to integration and qualification testing, while collaborating with software developers and senior engineers.

The role emphasizes test strategy, documentation, and mentoring of junior staff, with a clear path to advanced testing leadership. A Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with GPA 3.0+.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with BS or 2+ with MS.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience performing software test on complex projects.
• Automated testing experience on embedded systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in C#/Java/Python/C/C++ or Ruby.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in test planning, strategy and design.
• Execute tests and contribute to product quality improvement.
• Review and generate engineering/testing documents per standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with developers.
