Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with BS or 10+ with MS.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Proven experience leading software test teams on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Automated software testing principles on embedded systems.
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET, C, C++, Java, Python, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall software test leadership to the program, mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Participate in test planning, strategy design, test execution, and process improvement.
• Communicate with customers, end users, and team members on a frequent basis.
