Job summary

You will lead software test activities, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with the software IPT lead while engaging with customers and end users to ensure product quality and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, CS, CE, Electrical, Aerospace, Math or equivalent with GPA ≥3.0
• 12+ years of relevant experience with BS or 10+ with MS
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Proven experience leading software test teams on complex projects
• Proven automated software testing on embedded systems
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership and government customers

Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral team member in test planning, strategy and design
• Review, edit and generate documents for engineering and testing per industry standards
• Provide overall software test leadership to the program and mentor junior engineers
• Communicate with customers, end users, and team members frequently
