Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Software Sales Specialist to accelerate growth in the Central region for WXP, Wolf Security, and Collaboration software.

You will partner with PC and device Account Executives as the dedicated software expert, expanding relationships beyond hardware into recurring software revenue. You will embed into the PC sellers’ base, identify expansion opportunities, and drive a long-term, multi-quarter growth plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience in an overlay/specialist or solutions sales role within a matrixed organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Central region revenue with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Embed into PC sellers’ account base to identify software expansion opportunities.
• Develop business value proposals and ROI analyses for WXP, Wolf Security, and Collaboration.
• Lead or support RFP/RFI responses and executive briefings with account teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Strategy to influence roadmaps.
