Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Software Sales Specialist to accelerate growth across the East region for our Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), Wolf Security, and Collaboration software portfolio.

This overlay role partners with PC account executives to expand recurring software and SaaS revenue within existing device install bases, driving net-new pipeline in accounts HP already serves. You will run the East region like a business—owning market opportunity, pipeline health, and regional forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years B2B technology sales, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience selling in a matrixed organization as an overlay/specialist.

Responsibilities

• Own the East region as a business, managing revenue, risk, and growth.
• Maintain VOC feedback loops with product, marketing, and strategy teams.
• Translate field insights into product/ GTM inputs for WXP, Wolf Security, and Collaboration.
• Build and manage a multi-quarter pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with PC sellers, district sales managers, and channel partners.
