Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks a Software Sales Specialist to accelerate growth across the West region for WXP, Wolf Security, and Collaboration software. You will embed with PC sellers as the dedicated software expert and drive recurring software revenue beyond hardware.

Lead regional forecasting, build multi-quarter pipelines, and influence product strategy within a matrixed sales model to shape HP’s go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, DEX, endpoint security, or enterprise software.
• Experience in an overlay, specialist, or solutions sales role within a matrixed sales organization.
• Proven track record of carrying and exceeding quota.
• Ability to build internal relationships with peer sellers and influence deals.

Responsibilities

• Own regional forecasting and build a forward-looking pipeline for the West region.
• Partner with PC and device Account Executives as a software overlay specialist.
• Develop territory strategies targeting Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.
• Manage regional software pipeline in Salesforce and deliver regular pipeline reviews.
