Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field; 7+ years in sales and marketing of software solutions for industrial equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of short and long-term software portfolio strategies.
• Identify and prioritize new software products, upgrades, and updates.
• Develop business cases for investments and lead negotiations with departments and technology partners.
• Support software sales through product demos and solution proposals.
• Manage lifecycle of software products including gaps and enhancements.
• Gather market intelligence and conduct competitive analysis for pricing and positioning.
• Develop pricing structures and update price book for software offerings.
• Lead projects to plan, develop, release, and promote new software products and add-ons.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to launch and promote software solutions.
• Create customer case studies and content for marketing channels.
• Monitor business data to measure performance and adjust portfolio strategy.
