Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Engineering Operations: Direct the Section to execute sales strategies and achieve objectives.
• Develop & Lead Teams: Manage personnel with training, coaching, and reviews.
• Ensure Proposal & Documentation Accuracy: Oversee technical accuracy and compliance.
• Drive Performance Metrics: Monitor proposals, submittals, costs, and margins.
• Manage Customer Order Execution: Oversee orders from intake to delivery.
