Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Software Portfolio Manager to lead the planning, launch, marketing and lifecycle of software solutions integrated with industrial equipment.

You will develop short- and long-term software portfolio strategies, gather requirements, build business cases, and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing and Service to deliver compelling offerings, pricing, and market insights that drive customer value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in software sales and marketing for industrial equipment.
Strong communication and presentation abilities across stakeholders.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
MS Office, CRM and service management tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of short- and long-term Software portfolio strategies.
Research, analyze, and compile requirements; develop business cases and negotiate with departments/partners.
Lead software sales support with product demonstrations and proposals.
Manage software products through lifecycle; address gaps and obsolescence.
Gather market intelligence and benchmark pricing across offerings.
Develop pricing and maintain price book for software solutions.
Lead projects to plan, develop, release, and promote new software products.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Service to train and market solutions.
Create case studies and content for marketing channels.
Monitor data to measure performance and portfolio health.
Represent the division in external and internal collaborations.
