Job summary

You will serve as the primary technical liaison between CPSD and the customer, ensuring exceptional service, technical accuracy, and commercial success. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of applications engineering and/or outside technical sales experience in power quality/distribution.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-focused quotations with specs, pricing, BOMs, drawings, and procedures.
• Lead contract and price negotiations; support margin objectives.
• Strengthen relationships with national account customers and domestic/international requirements.
• Manage project plans with goals, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical application support to internal and external customers; support onsite service activities.
• Attend technical meetings and lead factory witness testing and product training.
• Track project status and communicate progress per quality system.
